What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Breathing Difficulty And Excessive Salivation?

Hi I have a real uncomfortable pain upper top of my stomach. I feel like someone punched me and I can t breathe properly. I have alot of saliva all of a sudden in my mouth and I have to spit it out because it actually makes me feel worse. Please help. Should I go see a doctor?

Hello,

The pain upper abdomen, breathing difficulty and excess salivation can be part of intestine infection as enteric fever or else. You must seek a medical advise for basic parameters evaluation where assessment can be made regarding need of lab tests or other parameters. Taking liquids at intervals would serve to prevent secondary dehydration status from this.
