What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain Despite A Normal Test Report?

i have been having a abdominal pain near the upper of my belly button and its been going on for a few months now i went to hospital multiple times and got told nothing is wrong with me.. i will be trying another hospital soon but what could it be from.

you could be having a simple acute gastritis i suggest you to take pantoprazole 40mg half an hour before food
