What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Dryness In Mouth And Bleeding In Gum?

Hello, I was going thru a stress lately, suffered panic attack, after that I knoticed a dry mouth, then it went away, but then started to have have an upper abdominal pain, bile taste in my mouth especially at night and sometimes I spit with light brown stuff at night, I also noticed bleeding gums, what can this be

Hi,

You have anxiety. When you are hyperventilating (taking excessive breaths), the mouth becomes dry. Bleeding gums and bile taste may be due to dental issues.
