The query can be explained as follow:
NORMAL
1.
Abdominal pain during pregnancy can be normal since with continuing pregnancy uterus is also stretched and to accommodate the expanding uterus the organs are pushed/pulled to the sides resulting in abdominal pain
2. Other common causes could be bloating, development of gas, diarrhea or
constipation.
ABNORMAL
. Since lap choly is done thus disease of
gall bladder are excluded
. Since blood pressure is normal thus
pre eclampsia is excluded
. So exclude HELLP syndrome [rare disorder] and any kidney infection
MANAGEMENT
. take small meals to prevent bloating and gas formation
. take high fibre diet to prevent constipation and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation/bloating and dehydration
. since with pregnancy uterus expands and pressure on
urinary bladder is increased and if urine is not passed, abdominal pain is felt, thus urinate more often
. relax in comfortable and good positions to prevent fatigue and cramps.
3. If symptoms persist, then visit an Ob/Gyn doctor
