What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hello, my wife is 18 weeks pregnant. last night she has taken dinner more than other days. and she feel pain inn upper abdomin and also feeling discomfort and vomiting symptoms. I think it s a gastric problem. pain decreased now but she doesn t feel comfort now. what can I do?

Since the back pressure is increased in pregnancy it will frequently lead to gastritis and pain...to reduce better to eat intermittently and start treatment for acute gastritis
