What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain In A Person With IBS?

I have been treating for IBS C for a decade or more with no success. My BM have always been hard pebble like. Recently, I have a lot of pain in my uper abdomen and my BM have changed to oatmeal consistancy. Is there anything I should be worried about. I m glad to be having BM but the terrible pain with it consensus me a bit.

I really appreciate your concern, IBS is not the pure form of disease but it is the functional disorders may remains there for long time unless you come out of this, and you can do this, try to control your thoughts, be practical, stop worrying about this hope this information helps.
