What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Back Pain And Lethargy After Abortion?

I m a 27 year old female who had an abortion in January of this year. Every since I ve been experiencing upper abdominal pain, nausea, lower back pain, lethargy, and on and off constipation. I have a tightened bloated feeling in my stomach with a gurgling at times. I ve taken prescribed acid reflux medications, I ve had an ultrasound, endoscopy, and colonoscopy, all of which showed nothing. My last resorts I ve been told are an MRI or pain management specialist. I m needing to know if you may have any idea what this problem could be?

hello
If i would be your treating doctor i would suggest you to take light food and avoid fried food.
Take syr Pancharista 3tsp with 3 tsp water twice a day.
Triphala powder 1 tsp with water at bed time.
As these medicines are not given without prescription consult to local ayurveda specialist.
