What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain While Having Fatty Liver?

Good evening. I was recently diagnosed with low thyroid and fatty liver infiltration. I also have been experiencing pain in my abdomen upper right side and back. I also have sever bloating in the upper region of my abdomen. A few weeks ago I became violently ill vomiting up bright yellow bile along with a fever.I went to the emergency room.I have been bloted and constapated for weeks.I have tried detoxing with greens. It helps. Thus far I have had sonograms, and c-scans with contrast. In addition I am scheduled to have an endoscopy followed up with a colonoscopy. I am presently taking omprezole by prescription. I feel as though I am not getting answers to why this is happening.I strongly believe it is my gallbladder. I would like some advise. Thank you.
