Hi..Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

You must be suffering from Urinary tract infection. This is internal bleeding & different from menstrual period. Urinary tract infection is common in females due to shorter urethra. Other reasons of bleeding may be urinary stone passed in ureter causing injury.
You should consult a Urologist, he would check if there is some infection in urine & treat accordingly.
