What Causes Upper Back Pain Along With Diarrhoea?

It feels like I have to poop but I am pooping have a bit of diarrhea my kidneys hurt I can feel it in my upper back my lower back is killing me and I m not having any problems taking in water food or anything like that I m not having any problems peeing or pooping

This type of pain might indicate an intestinal or colonic pathology. You may consult with a gastroenterologist and follow up with a colonoscopy. The cause of this symptoms can be many, irritable bowel syndrome is one of them. So, I suggest you get checked as soon as possible.
