What Causes Upper Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

HI, I have been experiencing a constant feeling like I have to urinate while laying down. I literally get up about 5 min after I just went. I also have noticed I am urinating more frequently during the day. I have pain in my upper back as well. Was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago and wonder if it could be lupus related or just a kidney infection. Thank you for your time.
