What Causes Upper Chest And Back Pain?

yes i have upper chest and back pain. it feels like indigestion but not really more of a stiff or tightening. it comes and goes all day for about 30 mins at a time. It happens at night too. has been going on for a couple of days. should i go the the walk in clinic?

Dear,
Ur symptoms are suggesting an acid peptic disease so u can take antacids after food, other medications for Gerd .
But since ur pain is in chest region so I will definitely suggest you to go for Ekg at the time of pain.
Along with dis u should also improve ur diet and reduce oily /spice content. And increase fiber content.
