General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems like you are having an acute attack of upper respiratory tract infection. You may need antibiotics like Azithromycin or Moxifloxacin after discussing with your primary care physician along with decongestants for nose and war congestion and steam inhalations.

Using anti histamines like Cetirizine or Loratidine as well as OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen may also help for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
