What Causes Upper Chest Pain And Bumps On Triceps?

I am 16. The past two days I ve started to get bumps on the face of my left thumb. I ve also been getting big red bumps on my left lower tricep, and the area feels like it s bruised (but it s not). If any pressure is applied to my left upper chest, it also hurts.
