Hello,

The symptoms are typical of stone disease like renal(kidney) or ureteric stone. However other possibilities also be ruled out. You have to get an ultrasound scan done as a preliminary investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
