What Causes Upper Left Quadrant Pain, Nausea, Grey Colored Stool And Constipation?

49 yo female with history of Hashimoto , obesity, gastric by pass and breast cancer. Having moderate to severe left upper quadrant pain. With nausea and light to grey colored stools. Went to ER about 6 days ago. Ruled out pancreas. Started me on carafate. I have taken it QID everyday. Still having RUQ pain. Getting constipated as well. What can it be? And how do I make the pain stop. I m a 6/10 right now.
