Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 49 year old female, non-smoker, slightly overweight and not as active this past year as I should. I have had this dull ache in the upper middle part of my back for a few months now. Not bad enough to go to the Dr. but enough to be chronic and nagging. It feel deep, not muscular. I also had upper right abdominal pain on and off last year and had an ultra sound that came back clear. I also recently have crazy heartburn which is also uncharacteristic of me.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is the two conditions you must be having one is hyperacidity and second it could be muscular spasm and it has to be treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30m mg" once in day, Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
