Hello,

I can understand your concern. As you are already taking an antidepressant, anxiety attacks should be controlled. Continued anxiety attacks indicates that either you need a higher dose of the same medicine to cope up with the stressful phase you are going through or the medicine should be changed to a group that can be more beneficial to you. So you should visit the mental health professional who is prescribing you medicines to adjust the medicines and doses.

The upper respiratory tract infection will be taken care of by Doxycycline. So you do not need to take any other medication for that. However, breathlessness felt during anxiety attacks could be related with the respiratory infection you are having.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
