Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pai see to be related to constipation and the presence of gas in the intestine.

I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan 10 mg three times a day.

I also suggest using Simethicone medication three times a day.

I recommend to use an over the counter laxativ such as Miralax.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
