What Causes Upper Stomach Pain After An Accident During Pregnancy?
My friend is 4 months pregnant, she was at home and got hit in the stomach by a friend on accident, she had texted me saying her upper stomach right under her ribs hurts really bad. It s been about 45 min and still in pain. She went to the bathroom but only urine came out, no blood. Does she need to go to the hospital?

It is best she visits a doctor if at all she is pregnant, trauma of any kind in and around the abdomen and pelvis will have to be reported at the earliest.
