I ve been getting chest pain n my left arm n upper back hurts. I m very fatique since 6 months. I ve had xrays angiogram blood tests and confirmed no heart disease . Dcr asked me to try anxiety medications as it might be the cause of symptoms. Although I know it s not anxiety as I m mental health prafosional myself. Anyway to rule out anxiety I ve tried the medication which did not made any difference to my symptoms. When I liye down my pain is getting worser than before and day time I m really weak n fraigle. I ve noticed pain under my left sholder bladder just under armpit side of my rib . My q is can this be something serious as this pain gets worse wen liye down n causes breathless, chest pain fatique more in left side, upset stomach, my eyes are yellow bu than I m smoker upto 15 a day. Please help
