What Causes Urge Incontinence And Pain In The Lower Back?

I have pressure in my clitoris, urge to pee frequently, my lower belly and back are achy, but I know it s not a UTI. I finished my period a couple days ago and symptoms haven t changed. I know I was dehydrated, but am no longer and symptoms have been less severe, but not gone. I haven t been Intinate with my partner because of this and I want to address it so I can be and not be uncomfortable in general. I m not sure what to do. I went to the doctor last week and that s how I know it s not a UTI and that I was dehydrated.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It's good that you are not having UTI (urinary tract infection).
Dehydration can also these symptoms.
Since your symptoms are reducing after drinking water (treating dehydration), these symptoms will definitely go in next 2-3 days.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Take oral rehydration solution (ORS).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
