What Causes Urge Incontinence?
For the past two weeks I’ve been having to urinate almost constantly and whenever I go,it ends up taking me forever because I can’t shake the feeling of having to pee. There has also been blood in my urine, and I’ve had brown vaginal discharge for about a week now. I have also been very disinterested in food and have been very cold.

Hello,
Urge incontinence can occur due to underlying urinary tract infection. Please be advised to do urine analysis and culture along with home pregnancy test.
Since, you are also noticing brown discharge. Drink plenty of water and take Tylenol for pain/fever.
