What Causes Urge To Urinate And Pain While Urination?

A few days ago after foreplay my clitoris was very sore. It hurt to wipe after peeing. A day after (yesterday) that it still felt a little sore put I was able to deal with it. Today I woke up early in the morning and had to pee. After peeing, I couldn't go back to bed because I had the urge to pee again. When I peed for the second time I felt a sharp pain near my pubic bone. I peed frequently throughout the day and continued to have the pain. However after the pain I started to notice faint pink blood after wiping. And a few times some blood clots have come out. I plan on trying to make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but wanted to get an opinion now.

Hi,
From history it seems that due some injury on clitoris there might be having some infection, swelling, induration causing problem while passing urine as it might affect urethral opening and spreading infection to urinary tract as well.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for3-5 days.
apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
