Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Blood and leukocytes in urine may indicate UTI. UTIs may give you the symptoms you describe.Fecal incontinence with UTI is rare, however, UTI may manifest cause watery stool that may at times pass out without control.Other causes of fecal incontinence may include: muscle/nerve damage, constipation, Loss of storage capacity in the rectum, and surgery.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.A urinalysis and a stool exam/culture may be helpful.Other tests like full blood count,ESR, fasting blood sugar, renal function test and abdominal ultrasound may also be requested.
Hope this will help
Best regards
