What Causes Urinary Hesitancy For A 60-year-old Male?

60 year old disabled male has developed symptoms overnight to include not being able to urinate and some bleeding while trying. He has had a low grade fever and discomfort for a week or so. I can t navigate through symptom check with regard to these symptoms. Note: he has not been able to control urine leakage at night for over 5 years now due to spinal menegitis over 10 years ago Now he can t urinate.

Prostate related conditions like BPH( benign prostatic hypertrophy) has to be considered. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. An ultrasound KUB is evaluated.
