What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Foul Odour After Removal Of Right Ovary?

hi, my daughter is 20 yrs old has a history of a cycst on her rt ovary which caused torsion and ovary was removed. i m concerned this is years later, but now she leaks urine, but more recent. i m not sure if its her urine or vagina, but she has a very foul odor, which almost smells like strong smelling diarrhea, i know ph balance can have something to do with it. but it almost smells like a dead animal. i m very concerned she has not had sex and a lot of that is due to embarassment of leaky urine (which hasnt always had this smell)

she's more likely to get infections vaginal area. you should take her to a gynecological clinic to find out the cause to be able to offer the most correct method. dear!
