What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Stiffness In The Lower Legs?

I am a 61-year-old Caucasian male, 6 3 317# with untreated type-2 diabetes. My overall health has deterioriated over the past couple of months to an alarming degree. 1. I can sit for hours without the urge to urinate, but once I stand up, I have an almost uncontrollable urge to urinate and will experience leakage on my way to restroom. 2. Headaches with numbness on left side of back of scalp. 3. Severe stiffness in lower legs upon standing and trying to walk (very painful) after sitting for a while. Pain abates but does not disappear after I take some steps. Total elimination of added table salt (lots) 3 days ago seems to be helping here. I know I need to get the annual physical that comes with my Humana coverage but the copays for the office visit and the blood workup, plus any extras to treat these symptoms, are a strain on my fixed income. Thanks in advance for your insight!
