What Causes Urinary Incontinence In A Child?

My 7 year old grand daughter has almost always wet the bed, but for the last couple of weeks she is wetting her pants at school and at home during the day. And twice this last week she has pooped on herself as well. What can we do? Is there something medically wrong?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
I have read and undersood your concerns.
Other symptoms will be needed to know if she has a health problem.Since the problem has been recurrent, you may see a Pediatrician for evaluation.I however feel psychological management and regularly asking the child to poop and pee (before she has an urge to do so) will do.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns.
Best regards
