What Causes Urinary Incontinence In A Middle Aged Woman?
Hello,I am a woman and 38yrs of age. I have an Issue with Incontinence or I could call it bedwetting,though it happens not every other nite but maybe thrice of twice in 1week. I tried watching what I eat & drink towards d evening times but I ve gotten no results. Its been on for close to Two years of my life now and I ve done quite a number of things I m asked to do. Please help with any useful tips u may have.
Hello, Thanks for the concern. You have an issue of urine incontinence. There are many causes of urine incontinence like pelvic floor muscle weakness, nerve damage,etc. There are many times of urine incontinence like stress incontinence, urge incontinence,overactive bladder, functional incontinence, overflow incontinence, mixed incontinence, etc. According to history you may have urge incontinence for that you can learn keigel exercise that strengthen the pelvic floor muscle, start anticholinergic medicine but this can be done under strict advice and consultation of urogynaecologist. So immediately consult and start your treatment. Take care
