What Causes Urinary Incontinence, Lightheadedness And Restlessness?

I am 43 years old women. My weight is 65 kg. I am having fatty lever and high triglyceride level. One year back when i checked my sugar level it was high. After that i checked again in three months it was not high after that time. Problem is yesterday i just peeied in my bed unknowingly. I am feeling lightness and as if my head is not having weight. And a feeling of restlessness.

drugs like fibrate niacin and omega 3are recomanded. control sugar by diet , medicine and increased physical activity. atorvastatin is also recomanded. take regular morning walk and gym work out.
