Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Urinary urgency along with burning pain is suggestive of Urinary tract infection. Urinary analysis and culture is required to confirm the diagnosis. You will also need a rectal examination by the doctor to look for prostate enlargement, as enlarged prostrate can lead to urinary urgency and UTI.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
Once confirmed UTI will be treated with antibiotics. like nitrofurantoin for 7-10 days.
