What Causes Urinary Urge Incontinence And Delayed Periods After Taking Postinor 2?

I took pospinor 2 before having sex and the next day my menses came,then one week later my menses came again but was irregular by four days time it came again den after Week I had sex and I used condom and about a week time I had sex and I took pospinor 2 by 72hours time I had sex and took pospinor 2 again.my period is suppose to come but is not coming and I feel the urge to urinate what may be the cause

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The delayed periods can be due to the effect of repeated use of the Postinor-2 drug. Regarding urge incontinence, urinary tract infection is likely.

So, please be advised to undergo urine analysis, culture and urine pregnancy test (to rule out pregnancy in case you conceived). If Urinary tract infection (UTI) is present, then antibiotic-like Nitrofurantoin drug has to be initiated.
