General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The majority of the instances relate with recurrent urinary tract infection (with or without diabetes), calculus in the urinary tract, narrowing of the urethra, neurologic issues, bladder prolapse (in females) and others.

However, a detailed history, physical examination and series of evaluation with ultrasound and uroflowmetry would be diagnostic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
