What Causes Urination Bleeding With Pain And Fever After Unprotected Intercourse?

hi. im bit scared. 2 weeks ago im delay to my period for about a week. my bf read something on the net about ascorbic acid. i did took some vitamins for over 3 days and i had my period after that. i had my period for about 3 days with normanl mens. a week after that we had sex with my bf unprotected but he withdraw. 3 days after that. i had a strange pee and it has blood with it. at first i pee clear color and right after i pee it has some blood. i told my bf about this and he said i might have a uti so he gave me some antibiotics and also some cranberry juice. but i until now it still hurts and i have an off and on fever. please help me doc
