What Causes Urine Incontinence After Removing The Catheter Post Hysterectomy?

Hello, I recently underwent had a hysterectomy and my bladder was cut. I had a catheter for two weeks and ever since the removal of catheter I have been leaking urine. This has been ungoing since having the catheter removed over two weeks ago. Have notified urologist and am going in for a follow up Feb. 9th... I have also had a UTI which is being treated with antibiotics... Cipro. Thoughts?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the catheter was there for long time then such dribbling of urine is very likely and it may requires bladder training some time it has been done before removing catheter hope this information helps.
