What Causes Usually Light Menstruation?

Hi, My usual bleeding has decreased in periods. Normally I used to get heavy flow on first and second day. And normal minimal flow on third day. Fourth and fifth day, just spottin. Now scenario is heavy flow first day,minimal flow second day and spotting for third and fourth day. I m not on any contraceptive pills neither v use any other protection while getting initimate. What could be the reason for flow reduce.

If I were your physician or gynecologist I would like to say that this is fairly a normal phenomenon and normal pattern and not to worry at all about this!

However, for your kind information I would mention that poor nutrition, tuberculosis like chronic diseases, severe anemia and general ill-health could cause scant periods!
