What Causes Uterine Fibroid And Epithelial Cells In Urine?

i m suffering from chronic cough and cold for the last one month i also have a big fibroid in my uterus....my urine analysis show numerous epithelial cells.. and my blood test shows 9.6 hemoglobin what is the connection. does my cold has any connection with the fibroid or the numerous epithelial cells present in my urine or is it because of less hemoglobin in my blood?
