What Causes Uterine Pressure And Cramps Along With Pain During Intercourse?

So I saw my obgyn Monday because for 2 weeks I ve been having severe pain with intercourse. I ve had intermittent pain with urination for that time and urgency. Uterine cramping and pressure. Negative for std and UTI or any infection. She told me it felt like a really tight muscle and to rub it out like any muscle. My boyfriend was assisting to massage the muscle and said he felt a bump at my like 4 o clock position that was also painful to touch. Tuesday I was rubbing as she said and began to bleed. The bleeding has not stopped and in fact has gotten worse over the day. I called and they are seeing me tomorrow. Tonight I m starting to feel nauseous and light headed. My boyfriend looked at the area as it is visable with a flashlight. He said its bleeding pretty bad and can see a cut over that bump he found. I m just curious if I should wait for my appointment tomorrow or if this is something I should get help for tonight.
