What Causes Uterus Contractions Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

I am believed to have endometriosis. But it is just a guess from my Dr. No cancer cells via my pap. I experience extreme uterus contractions almost daily, I throw up almost daily after I take 2 ibuprofen for the cramping/contractions. Some days it just goes on all day long, other days I may just have cramping once a day with vomiting. Sometimes I can take a hot bath to get rid of the cramping, but will still throw up. This has been going on for 4 years now. I am really tired, this already makes me tired, but I m ready to give up. I am a 39 yr old female that is single. I miss a lot of work, I need my life back : ( Do you recommend any tests I should have done? it s causing depression because I don t feel good enough to socialize, please help.
