What Causes Vagina And Anus Soreness With Cuts And Urination Pain?

Hello My boyfriend had a red sore on the shaft of his penis that looked raw like when you remove a scab. it turned into a scab and has healed up within 2 weeks. I have now developed very sore red areas that feel like cuts along the opening of my vagina and anus. It stings so much to wee. He has been std tested before we started our relationship and is clear. My last unprotected sex was 11 months ago. My partner and I have been having unprotected sex for 5 months and these are the first symptoms. Obviously it may be totally unrelated. I did recently get bikini waxing that I felt go too far in and thought the cuts were that (like a burn) however it seems to be spreading and more painful (maybe its infected)
