What Causes Vagina And Clitoris Swelling, Discharge, Odor, Burning Sensations And Itching?

My clit and vagina is really swollen to the point where I can barely stick my pinky in it. I've Ben having white clumpy discharge that smells as if I'm on my period. It Burns slightly, and itches frequently. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
