What Causes Vagina Pain, Cramps And Watery Discharge After Intercourse?

I am 51 years old and had a hysterectomy at 26 years old. I am single and do not have sexualy intercourse very often. When i do it's painful, i have cramps and some bloody,watery discharge. The cramps last about 2 or 3 days. Can ypu explain to me why ??
