What Causes Vaginal And Labia Minora Soreness, Swelling And Redness?

I have had some thrush. Well I think it was thrush and took an oral tablet for it. It healed somewhat but I still had some sensitivity. I had sex last night and now am very sore and my labia minora are swollen and red and sore. Is it something else or just irritation??
