What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Fall?

Hi, I fell on my left side making contact with my hip ribs and inside of shoulder. Almost immediately after I noticed vaginal bleeding. This has lasted two days but is not heavy and only noticable when I use the restroom. I am not pregnant and usually very regular. Having side pain I was wondering if it could be my kidney I had already went to hospital and had a gynocological exam that came back normal. What could be my issue?
