What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Non-penetrative Sex?

Hi! So my boyfriend and I did not have sex but he had his fingers down there and it hurt. Now a couple days later I have a little bit of cramping and I m bleeding. I always seem to get this after either sex or something like that. Is this normal? The rest of the time I do not have a period because I run.
