What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Shot Of Rocephin?

I got a shot of rocephin yesterday for a severe throat/ear infection. I was also prescribed two weeks of antibiotics also. This morning I woke up and am having a lot of bleeding from my vagina. Is this common, or does this mean I could have also had another infection?
