Hello dear
Understand your concern
Period for two months and vaginal bleeding after intercourse is not normal.
You should immediately consult the gynecologist immediately.
Following are the causes of your problem:
Most common in your case: endometrial dysplasia or endometrial cancer. should be diagnosed by endometrial biopsy and treatment depend on the stage of disease. Hormonal therapy like promolut N or povera can be given to stop the bleeding.
Cervical dysplasia and cancer: should be diagnosed by PAP smear.
Vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis and chlamydia can cuse vaginal bleeding after intercourse.
Trauma due to rough sex: use condoms and lubrication to prevent trauma.
Fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian cyst and adenomyosis should be evaluated by USG scan and ovarian follicle study.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
