What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Attaining Menopause?

Hi please can you help I was prescribed Primolut-Nor 10mg recently as I have been experiencing bleeding I am a 54 year women who has already gone through the menopause. was told I had a hormone imbalance and was prescribed this drug, but after 5 days I have felt sick, very tired, and bloated I have since come off them but have now experience what seems like a normal period. please help.
