Hello,

Alcoholic beverage by themselves do not lead to vaginal bleeding. However if I were to be treating you here is a possibility that I am considering. If you have have alcoholic hepatitis you can develop portal hypertension and variceal bleeding. This is a medical emergency and needs intervention in which case you need to consult. Also, it would be better to check the liver parameters and blood profile to rule out other bleeding diathesis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
